KEAS, LLC was founded in 2005 by its owner Darlene Evans. Prior to this endeavor she worked at GM and Lakeshore Engineering Group. GM’s position allowed her to work for the international division as an exporter for the Asian Pacific Region, interfacing with NAO Dealer Accounting to develop a master pricing structure, and develop country specific pricing schedules for distribution to the dealers.

At Lakeshore Engineering Group she was the Assistant Comptroller responsible for incorporating each additional location for state reporting as a foreign entity; designing a template for manually calculating the pools/base structure needed to calculate rates; implementing and executing the installation of Deltek GCS Premier; preparing and analyzing B/S, T/B, I/S & C/F and many other duties.

To grow KEAS, Darlene accepted a position with Callaway Partners which merged with Huron Consulting Group. She served as a Project Professional in the Bankruptcy Industry managing DIP Finance in access of $95 million; 13 week cash flow forecasts; negotiating terms and CIA with vendors; interacting with and providing services to debtor’s counsel and other professionals; while reconciling bankruptcy claims in excess of $35 million.
